Our customer-service is available during our office hours. Outside these times, you have the possibility to send us your questions by e-mail anytime. You will usually get an answer (weekends and holidays excluded) within 48 hours.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Maxtrader does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Maxtrader itself is not as described, the item can be returned in unused condition. In any case don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery terms
The courier will deliver the item to the address you give us. If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card. You must then contact the courier direct to arrange either re-delivery or collection from the courier depot. Sorry, pick up isn't possible. We deliver very fast with UPS.
